We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to assist in projects including UI design for mobile-optimized web applications and desktop-browser optimized web applications.
Participate in all phases of the UI/UX design process, from idea creation through mockups and final delivery. Implement basic HTML and JavaScript, and work with developers to implement more complex designs

Key Qualifications
Skilled with standard graphic and motion design tools, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with usability and HCI principles
Ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly
Ability to independently design and implement complex applications
Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing technology environment and tight timelines

Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities
Ability to create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and final mockups
Ability to provide production-ready graphics and requirements to development teams
Ability to independently design and implement creative solutions
Ability to give and receive constructive criticism
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High energy and a positive attitude
Experience with other creative disciplines such as photography and videography a plus
Ability to work well with others on all levels. Must be a team player.
