We are looking for a smart innovative e-Commerce Manager for the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you’ll be the person responsible for the development and growth of our online and telephone sales business and increasing brand awareness. We are looking for the right person who is passionate and committed to guiding our customers on their LUSH journey through to online purchase.‘e-Commerce’ can sound more like a stuffy operation, but we do it by providing an amazing personal service that takes care and provides the freshest product to our customers? What is my role in this fresh and ethical company?
•Build the LUSH Dubai website with support from the UK International Web team. Maintain, update all content and design/presentation of the website.
•Build and deliver a strategy for e-commerce/online, telephone sales to develop brand awareness.
•Identify and drive opportunities to grow the e-commerce channel, sales and reach more customers. We want to lead in the online fulfilment of orders in the Middle East!
•Be responsible for planning, organising, co-ordinating, managing and contributing to all social media channels.
•Maintain excellent communication with the Brand Communication team about what’s happening online and maintain alignment with what’s happening in our shops.
•Loving the customers! Have regular communication with our customers in all forms of media (print, email, social media).
•Ensure that our customer’s orders are packed with love and fulfilled quickly.
•Build and manage a corporate sales program.
•Negotiate competitive shipping rates.

Who are we looking for?•Proven experience in driving sales and customer service with a retail or online business.
•Confident communicator (who can understand and talk with techies!) and be able to influence through best practice.
•Previous experience of digital marketing is essential. Experience with website development or management is an advantage.
•Some understanding of HTML and image manipulation software.
•An understanding of web analytics and the ability to use them to drive business strategy.
•Understanding and using creativity within our brand guidelines.
•Fluent in Arabic and English.
•Energetic and self motivated
•Quick on your feet, a BIG picture thinker, with the ability to think inside, outside and around the box.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
