Conduct sales tours of the facilities and give guidance to prospective customers on the type of membership category best suited to their needs and requests as directed by the Company standard.· Ensure all prospective members receive the appropriate information and tour of the facilities.
· Be responsible for the administration of membership paperwork and to ensure that it is processed accordingly.
· Be responsible for recording daily sales and to be familiar with the total membership sales for the club.
· Be fully aware of promotional activities and sales targets.
· Develop and maintain client database
· Make calls to new and existing clients
· Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
· Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
· Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
· Prepare sales action plans and strategies
· Be aware of all the day-to-day issues that relate to the smooth operation of the club
· Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of enthusiasm and commitment
· Be dynamic, adaptable and able to communicate effectively at all levels
· Be available to cover and work extra hours when and where necessary.
· Ensure all company standards of operating and personal performance are implemented and completed.
· Maintain regular and effective communication with the General Manager and Owner
