Technical Training Consultant, Oil and Gas Operator, Dubai, $11K USD pm (includes Basic/Housing/Living) + Medical + Return Flights + Education
Permanent, full time, Dubai
10+ years experience in the oil and gas sector in a technical role - with experience in a training and development role.
Offshore experience (and refinery working environment experience) - must have an understanding of offshore operations.
GCC or International work experience.
Understanding and experience of training cycles, and delivery and evaluation of training.
Qualifications: Technical Diploma/qualification
Role Purpose
Identify, facilitate and manage technical training needs to ensure employees are meeting technical competence standards onshore and offshore.
Tasks
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (onshore and offshore) and assess the key priorities for development.- Create and manage a Training Plan and allocate resources to meet training requirements- Source and evaluate Technical Training providers to meet requirements and ensure effective delivery and impact- Review training contracts of preferred providers to ensure they are meeting the company requirements- Report and evaluate on KPI's - Safety Critical Training & CDA completion
