About Your Job: 
In this role 
you will ensure that Airport Operations in all areas run smoothly, in a 
cost effective manner, and conform to safety and security requirements. 
Essential to this role is ensuring that customers are provided with the 
Qatar Airways 5 Star service promise, thus creating a competitive 
advantage for Qatar Airways in all ground products and services. 
 
You will champion the
 Qatar Airways customer, employees, our contractors and our Airline in 
all phases of the airport operation to provide a safe, professional and 
on time operation that exceeds the internal and external customer 
expectations and attains the 5 star on the Ground service promise. 
 
Responsible for 
training and resource planning you will recommend staffing levels, plan 
and implement working schedules, implement necessary controls and ensure
 compliance with labour laws. You will handle irregular operations at 
minimum cost  whilst ensuring an impeccable level of customer service 
and ensure operations are within budget. You will monitor all airport 
use agreements, rental agreements and third party service providers. 
 About You: 
To join our 5 
star team in this role you will need a High School leavers 
certificate or an aviation related management qualification with at 
least 3 years experience as an airport manager with a major airline. 
 
You will have a 
minimum of 5 years experience within an airline, customer service 
environment or GHA operations environment including varying supervisory 
and management roles. Extensive overall knowledge of all areas of 
airport operations is required. 
 
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

establishing a brand new, state of the art Automotive Training Academy 
to develop our own automotive professionals. Al-Futtaim Automotive 
Training Academy is to develop the right team of automotive Emirati 
professionals who will support growth in all sectors of the automotive 
group. 
 About the Job: Job Title: Automotive Technical Trainer

JOB PURPOSE: 
 
We are looking to 
recruit an Automotive Technical Trainer to play an active part in a team
 of dedicated Technical Trainers in successfully providing engaging 
Training programmes as required by Al-Futtaim Automotive Group, 
underpinned by the respective Brand standards. 
 
The role will cover 
training needs analysis with subsequent development and implementation 
of technical training programmes utilising a blended learning approach, 
including impact measurement. 
 
Description 
* Actively promote the automotive group associate and customer engagement activities. 
* Deliver 
engaging technical training to ensure that all distributor and company 
policies and procedures are adhered to, in line with Academy quality 
standards. 
* Create and encourage positive, energetic, memorable and productive learning environments for all participating associates. 
* Complete on going self-assessment of training programmes content and delivery, to promote continuous improvement. 
* Support the 
Co-ordination and monitoring of all distributor training, to ensure 
Brand and distributor compliance, with the execution of structured 
action plans. 
* Conduct regional training as required.

About You: 
* Self-motivated 
* High level of proficiency in both written and Spoken English 
* Two Years Adult learning and development experience 
* Five years Automotive experience with recognised academic qualifications 
* Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner in a multicultural learning environment 
* PC Literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs 
* Ability to develop and adapt tailored training materials to suit the local and regional business needs 
* UAE driving Licence or a full licence that can be transferred

Duties; 
 
- Tensile and Structural Design 
-Calculations and analysis, 
- Preparing 
Steel fabrications Drawings (for membrane plate, base plate, columns, 
Tieback, connection Plate, Supporting cable, Ring, Stiffeners, Cleat, 
U-bolt…) to Steel Workshop. 
- Preparing the cutting drawing for the plates and exported to DXF file to cut with Plasma Machine on the Steel Factory. 
- Preparing the Nesting file (cutting Patterns) drawing for Tents to cut in PVC or PTFE Material. 
-Elaboration of structural drawings and shop drawings 
-Supervise construction of the projects

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to manage the Recruitment process for all businesses across the group. 
 
 
OVERVIEW OF ROLE 
 
• Managing the Recruitment function for all businesses in the group 
• Strong leader with great management experience 
• Managing and leading the Recruitment team in a professional, intelligent and results driven manner 
• Will have a Recruitment team of 2+ so should manage this team to achieve great success 
 
Reporting to: Group HR Manager 
 
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
 
• Screening resumes and applications 
• Participate in the hiring, monitoring, and firing of staff 
• Providing employee supervision and evaluations 
• Creating & maintain personal files for staff 
• Training and re-training employees 
• Providing mediation services for employees 
• Record 
keeping of employee personal benefits such as remuneration, leave 
entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance etc. 
• Liaising 
with PRO department to ensure all administrative work related to 
government and legal aspects of employment such as visa renewals, 
entry/exit permits etc. is completed as required 
• Overseeing the human resources department staff and handling all issues involving employee complaints or questions 
• Managing office health, safety and mental health and well-being issues 
• Handling conflict & disciplinary situations 
• Working with finance department in processing attendance and payroll for employees 
• Maintaining existing exclusive partnership with recruitment company 
• Improving nationals in the workforce of the company
