Our client is an expanding group of companies with an excellent reputation. They have strong divisions in Oil & Gas, Water/ Wastewater and Power with over 3,000 employees and operating many locations that are expanding over the year ahead.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to manage the Recruitment process for all businesses across the group.


OVERVIEW OF ROLE

• Managing the Recruitment function for all businesses in the group
• Strong leader with great management experience
• Managing and leading the Recruitment team in a professional, intelligent and results driven manner
• Will have a Recruitment team of 2+ so should manage this team to achieve great success

Reporting to: Group HR Manager


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Screening resumes and applications
• Participate in the hiring, monitoring, and firing of staff
• Providing employee supervision and evaluations
• Creating & maintain personal files for staff
• Training and re-training employees
• Providing mediation services for employees
• Record keeping of employee personal benefits such as remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance etc.
• Liaising with PRO department to ensure all administrative work related to government and legal aspects of employment such as visa renewals, entry/exit permits etc. is completed as required
• Overseeing the human resources department staff and handling all issues involving employee complaints or questions
• Managing office health, safety and mental health and well-being issues
• Handling conflict & disciplinary situations
• Working with finance department in processing attendance and payroll for employees
• Maintaining existing exclusive partnership with recruitment company
• Improving nationals in the workforce of the company

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Prior experience as Recruitment Manager in an organization with over 1,000 employees
• Long term commitment to the region
• Would suit someone with experience in recruiting and growing a company
• Open to all nationalities based in UAE now
• Currently working within the Oil & Gas, Water/ Wastewater and Energy/ Power sectors
